the prices of the guest rooms are for 2 people and include breakfast and access to the spa.
Sheets and towels are provided, beds are made on arrival in the gîte.
animals are not accepted in the house.
it is forbidden to eat in the rooms.
we decline all responsibility in the event of theft in the rooms.
any deterioration of material, linen, furniture, objects, etc ... will be invoiced in addition.
 
reservations
Reservations must be made by email or by post and are only confirmed after receipt and receipt of a transfer or a deposit check of 30% of the total amount of the stay with a minimum of one night per room.
the balance and extras will be paid on the day of departure.
we accept cash, bank transfers, cb and checks, we do not accept holiday vouchers.
 
cancelation
if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the date of arrival, we will refund the deposit in full (except for high season stays).
if the cancellation is made within 30 days, the deposit can be refunded under certain conditions.
if the cancellation is made within 7 days, we do not refund the deposit and ask for compensation costs, or even the full price of the stay.
if the stay is shortened, it is entirely due whatever the cause.
 
length of stay for the gîte
the lodging is rented for a minimum duration of 3 nights and 1 week during the school summer holidays.
 
schedule
arrivals are from 5:00 p.m. (4:00 p.m. in winter) and departures before 11:00 a.m. we ask you to let us know in case of late arrival or unforeseen problems on the road.
in some cases, the departure times from the gîte can be modified.
